Shared Services Accounting Manager

Compensation: $120,000 - $140,000 annually, depending on experience

Join a dynamic manufacturing company as a Shared Services Accounting Manager, where you'll lead the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions. This is a fantastic opportunity to optimize processes and implement controls in a fast‑paced environment. The role is open due to growth, and you'll be an integral part of the monthly close process, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

• Manage and mentor AR and AP teams for high performance
• Oversee day‑to‑day AR and AP operations
• Ensure timely invoicing, collections, and reconciliations
• Collaborate with supply chain and production planning
• Evaluate and streamline AR/AP processes for efficiency
• Support internal and external audits
• Mitigate risks by enforcing credit policies
• Serve as point of contact for AR/AP escalations

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 7+ years in AR and AP roles, 3+ years in manufacturing
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software
• Strong leadership and team‑building skills

• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, PMP)
• Experience with ERP Systems
• Ability to manipulate large amounts of data
