KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Property Tax Compliance to join our State and Local Tax (SALT) practice.

• Provide excellent client service to multi‑state companies with property tax compliance.
• Evaluate information presented on property tax returns before, during, and after preparation.
• Assist in property tax bill payment and return preparation using Property Tax Management Services (PTMS).
• Review assessment notices to identify any discrepancies.

• Minimum three years of recent work experience, including at least two years in personal property tax compliance preparing property tax returns, bill payments, and valuation notices using PTMS.
• Bachelor's degree required. J.D., LL.M. in taxation, master's in taxation (MST) or Certified Member of the Institute for Professionals in Taxation (CMI) preferred.
• Experience with other taxes and their impact on property tax.
• Strong knowledge of the development, planning, and execution related to property tax.
