Scope
The Board & Special Committee Advisory group provides valuation, transaction structuring, and advisory services to boards and committees, focusing on complex situations, related-party transactions, and governance issues. Houlihan Lokey's industry-leading credibility is reflected in its longstanding position as the top M&A fairness opinion advisor.
Job Description
We seek an Analyst/Associate to work on complex analytics, financial modeling, and valuation, supporting engagement delivery and business development.
Responsibilities include:
- Analyzing financial data
- Performing due diligence
- Conducting industry research
- Valuing companies and securities
- Building financial models
- Supporting or preparing presentations
- Assisting in business development and client relations
Qualifications
- Experience in investment banking, valuation, or related fields
- Strong financial, analytical, and modeling skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership experience (for Associate)
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
Preferences given to candidates with advanced degrees, relevant experience, and teamwork skills.
Compensation & Benefits
The estimated salary range is $95,000 - $160,000, with a comprehensive benefits package. Actual salary may vary based on qualifications and experience.
