This role involves participating in the full cycle of transactional execution, including preparing marketing pitches, reviewing financial analyses through engineering software, and presenting internal and client memoranda. You will work closely with analysts, associates, and senior bankers, developing skills in investment banking and gaining opportunities to be involved in real-time transactions, potentially including travel.

• Advise oil & gas clients on M&A, A&D, and capital markets transactions.
• Perform technical analysis and resource/valuation assessments for oil & gas assets across North America.
• Conduct economic modeling such as production forecasting, inventory assessment, and LOS analysis.
• Construct and maintain economic models using software like ARIES or PHDwin.
• Analyze market trends, including rig activity and depletion risks.
• Conduct research using platforms like Enverus, Woomdac, and Factset.
• Maintain petroleum economics databases and reserves software.

• 3-7 years of Petroleum Engineering experience in A&D evaluations.
• Experience with lower 48 unconventional reservoirs is preferred.
• Petroleum Engineering degree required.
• Proficiency with economic modeling software (ARIES, PHDwin), and data visualization tools (Spotfire, Tableau, Excel, ArcGIS, QGIS, Access).
• Knowledge of reservoir engineering, geologic assessments, and data management.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
