Wealth Management Consultant

Our client, a premier alternative investment firm in the REIT space, is seeking Internal and Hybrid Wholesalers to join their Private Wealth team. These roles partner with an External Wholesaler (Regional Leader) to deepen advisor relationships, promote investment solutions, and drive sales growth within an assigned territory.

• Proactively engage financial advisors via calls, emails, and virtual meetings to share REIT strategies and market insights
• Provide product knowledge, sales support, and relationship management within the territory
• Collaborate with the External Wholesaler to execute business plans and exceed goals
• Coordinate advisor meetings, webinars, and follow-ups while maintaining accurate CRM records

• Bachelor’s degree; 1–3 years in internal sales, wholesaling, or financial services (alternatives/asset management a plus)
• Active Series 7 & 63 (or ability to obtain quickly)
• Strong communication skills with a professional and persuasive phone presence
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence advisors across multiple channels
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using CRM and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Passion for real estate investing, financial markets, and helping advisors serve their clients
