- Greet passengers and crew members upon arrival
- Coordinate with coworkers, clients and vendors to provide ground services for general aviation aircraft (fueling, lavatory, ground power, potable water services, catering delivery)
- Marshalling, towing and positioning aircraft on the ramp and in hangars
- Fuel movement—quality control, disposal and paperwork
- Daily check and upkeep of crew cars and vehicles
- Maintain safe, clean and secure ramps and operations
- Drive a shuttle vehicle with passengers
- Monthly crew meetings
- Annual re‑current training
- Customer focus—naturally outgoing and extroverted
- Effective communication with customers and employees in person, on phone and through radio communications
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle and maintain an insurable driving record (clean driving record required)
- Strong computer skills—including Microsoft Office products
- Basic mathematical knowledge
- Bi‑lingual a plus, not required
Reporting Relationship:
This position reports to the Line Service Manager.
Work Environment:
This position works outside in all types of weather conditions and has direct contact with both moving and non‑moving aircraft. Exposure to hazardous noise levels, chemicals, fumes and machinery is possible.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
This is a non‑exempt position. Shift work requires working evenings, weekends and on scheduled company holidays.
Travel:
No travel is expected for this position.
- Customer service experience in the service industry preferred
- Prior aircraft ground equipment handling experience required—6 months minimum
- High School Diploma
- Entry level position
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Zero tolerance, drug–free employer includes pre‑employment and random screening
