Chemical Engineer – Process & Product Development
Responsible for supporting the development, evaluation, and optimization of chemical treatment solutions for industrial and wastewater applications.
Key responsibilities include assisting with process design and optimization for treatment systems, supporting product development and testing, and interpreting laboratory data to guide treatment selection and performance improvements. The role also contributes to pilot studies, process troubleshooting, and scale-up activities to ensure reliable and efficient treatment outcomes. The engineer will work closely with R&D, operations, and technical teams to translate laboratory findings into practical process and product solutions for wastewater and brine management applications.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in chemical process engineering, product development, or industrial/wastewater treatment applications.
- Strong understanding of process design, pilot testing, and scale-up of chemical treatment technologies
. - Ability to analyze laboratory data and translate results into process improvements or product recommendations.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
