Role OverviewWe are currently looking for a Civil/Municipal Project Manager to join our growing office in Houston or Corpus Christi, TX.
Primary Responsibilities- Involved with the production and coordination of several projects concurrently
- Lead engineering/process design, project coordination, specification writing, planning, design methods, reporting, equipment sizing and client interactions
- Maintain client relations and participate in marketing, contractual, design and production meetings
- Conduct schematic, design development and contract document work sessions at project sites in coordination with technical professionals and other disciplines; manage staffing and workload to complete documents on schedule and within budget
- Coordinate with Business/Accounting Managers, Project Controllers, Area Managers and Managing Principal for project reviews
- Implement QA/QC procedures and provide training for personnel as defined by strategic plans
- Mentor less experienced project staff to foster their professional growth
- Serve as client manager for several strategic clients within the central Texas region
- Perform other duties as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- 7 years related experience
- At least 2 years project management experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- MS Office and MS Project experience required (Access experience a plus)
- Demonstrated leadership skills
