I’m currently supporting a Texas-based upstream operator looking to strengthen their Drilling team as part of ongoing development activity.
This role will focus on well planning and execution across horizontal unconventional assets, working closely with completions and production teams.
What they’re looking for:
- 5–12+ years upstream experience
- Strong onshore US drilling engineering background
- Experience with horizontal well planning & execution
- AFE preparation, cost tracking, post-well reviews
- Close collaboration with field operations & service providers
