Senior Civil Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer for a full-time on-site role at our Houston, TX office. The Senior Civil Engineer will oversee civil engineering design, manage planning initiatives, and provide expertise in stormwater management. Responsibilities include creating and reviewing project plans, ensuring compliance with local and federal regulations, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and supervising the execution of projects to meet project goals and timelines.

• Proficiency in Civil Engineering Design, including the ability to produce and review comprehensive designs
• In-depth knowledge of Civil Engineering principles and standards
• Experience in Planning and overseeing engineering projects
• Expertise in Stormwater Management, including analysis and design for diverse projects
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; a PE license is highly preferred
• Prior experience in managing commercial, residential, or industrial projects is a plus
