They are currently looking to continue 2026 strongly and make their next strategic hire by bringing in an experienced plumbing professional for a key leadership position in Houston. This hire will be given the unique opportunity to take on immediate responsibility and play a key role in directing the regional growth of the entire office!

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or 10+ years of plumbing design experience.
  • Experience with healthcare, government, laboratory, manufacturing, and technology facility projects (new and renovation).
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing/building codes and sustainable design principles.
  • Proficient in Revit/BIM and Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities
  • Design and model plumbing and fire protection systems in Revit.
  • Perform system calculations and coordinate with project teams.
  • Resolve BIM clashes and support construction administration (site visits, submittals, RFIs).
  • Assist with specifications, QA/QC, and mentoring junior staff.
Skills
  • Organized, detail‑oriented, and deadline‑driven.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
