Job Overview:
A Document/Process Control Engineer manages, maintains, and controls project documentation, including technical documents like drawings and blueprints, including Work instructions (SOP), Process Documentation and assists the Quality Engineer with Documentation Library
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with internal and external audits and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
Train other employees on document control policies and best practices.
Prepare reports on document control activities for management.
Assist personnel with document requests and provide updates on document status.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and document management software, excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Key technical skills also include understanding engineering and technical documentation, knowledge of quality control standards, ISO knowledge beneficial.

Minimum 1 year and with up to 5 years of experience in Quality Engineering, manufacturing and engineeringor a related field.
Education and
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, plus some additional specialized training.
- Associates/Bachelor's degree in an engineering field (such as mechanical or electrical), business administration, or information management
