As a Supply Chain Industrial Engineer II, you will execute projects that affect MW&T businesses.

We are looking for:

* an industrial engineering degree

* 2+ years of IE experience

* analytical / project management skills

What is the work?

Engineering:

* Demonstrates / applies understanding of engineering concepts as they relate to MW&T

* Works under limited supervision to complete assigned projects that will include but are not limited to:

* Incentive plans and labor standards

* Material handling equipment

* Facility layouts

* Continuous improvement initiatives

* Process and technology improvement

* Executes projects that entail coordination with H-E-B Engineering, Operations, and outside companies

* Effectively communicates and works with all management levels, hourly Partners, outside companies, and potential clients

What is your background?

* Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related field

* 2+ years minimum of industrial engineering experience

* Experience analyzing data and draw conclusions

* PC software experience with MS Office Suite

* Experience in AutoCAD and time study software tools

* Warehouse management system experience
