Functional Area

* Accurate quantity take-off
* Cost estimating
* Productivity analysis
* Business partner solicitation
* Development of vendor bid tabs and selection
* Scheduling
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
* Review and analyze project plans and specifications
* Perform quantity take-off as directed
* Preparation of discipline cost estimates
* Assist in solicitation of subcontractor and supplier quotes to assure sufficient coverage of all scopes of work
* Assist in schedule preparation and analysis
Qualifications Required for this Position
Education
* Bachelor's degree in related field (engineering or construction management degree preferred), or equivalent experience
Experience
* Basic knowledge of construction documents, construction techniques, and equipment capabilities
* High degree of accuracy with work product and calculations
* Computer skills, including Microsoft Office
* Oral and written communication skills
