Systems Engineer, Field/Service Technician

In this role, you will support customers across the Gulf Coast by providing hands on service for our Rosemount Analytical systems, helping ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations in one of the nation’s leading industrial and energy regions.
InThis Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Perform field services, including emergency and scheduled maintenance, to support our Analytical product installed base, with a focus on Continuous Emissions Monitoring (CEMs), DeNOx, Gas Purity, and Combustion Control amongst others.
- Support Factory Checkout (FCO), customer-witnessed Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) to ensure systems meet quality and functional standards.
- Collaborate with factory teams, service centers, Sales, and Business Development to identify and deliver the right technical solutions.
- Provide technical training and post-sale service planning with customers to ensure effective and efficient use of our products.
- Develop and refine best practice procedures for the startup and troubleshooting of products, proactively addressing and resolving customer product and application issues.
- Manage administrative tasks, travel, and expenses in a responsible manner while following all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Function as the strategic communication point between customers and the business in resolving warranty issues, and drive organizational accountability with regular updates.
- Maintain up‑to‑date technical knowledge through training and self‑directed learning on new Analytical and Detection products.

You effectively communicate in various settings: one‑on‑one, small and large groups, or among diverse styles and position levels. You separate and combine activities into efficient workflows. You scan the environment for new technical skills, knowledge, or capabilities that can benefit business or personal performance.
For This Role, You Will Need:- Five (5) years of related experience
- Travel required up to 75% domestically
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Ten (10) years of related experience with Analytical Process Gas Systems
- Experience with Analytical Process Gas and Liquid applications, such as Emissions Monitoring (CEMs), DeNOx, Gas Purity, and Combustion Control
- Experience with Sampling Handling Systems and Data Acquisition
- Understanding of Modbus protocol and network communications
