What will you do?

• Responsible for leading the preparation and submission of complex technical and commercial proposals for engineering projects, ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
• This role involves close collaboration with cross‑functional teams, analyzing customer needs, interpreting technical specifications, and coordinating with suppliers.
• Additionally, the Proposal Engineer supports negotiation processes and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives in proposal processes and tools.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• 5 years of proven experience in proposal engineering, project management, or related technical sales support roles is essential
• Strong technical acumen in engineering solutions, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in proposal development tools and software are also key qualifications
