What you’ll bring to the role

What you’ll bring to the role includes deep technical capability, business acumen, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable direction.

• 10+ years of progressive planning and scheduling experience, with significant exposure to power generation construction projects (thermal, combined cycle, renewable, or similar large‑scale facilities).
• Proven experience leading or coordinating scheduling teams on EPC or large construction programs.
• Advanced proficiency with industry‑standard scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera P6 or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, critical path methodology (CPM), and earned value principles.
• Ability to proactively identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and communicate impacts clearly.
• Experience working with multi‑disciplinary teams in high‑performance project environments.
• Demonstrated capability to work with minimal supervision under broad objectives while ensuring policy and procedural compliance.
• A university degree in engineering, construction management, project controls, or a related discipline — or equivalent relevant experience.
• Recognition as a subject matter expert who can inform and persuade on complex technical matters.
• The judgment to make sound decisions that enhance project predictability and organizational capability.
