Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Offshore HSE Supervisor to join our team. This role involves working on top-notch, state-of-the-art vessels with a tremendously progressive opportunity. The ideal candidate must have a valid passport and be willing to work on a rotational assignment.

Responsibilities
  • Visit vessels during port calls, mobilizations, and demobilizations in the Gulf of Mexico, Trinidad, and Guyana.
  • Provide internal training on management systems, risk assessment, and permit to work procedures.
  • Ensure annual control and re-certification of safety equipment.
  • Conduct permit to work audits during onboard visits.
  • Report vessel visit findings and provide course certificates after training sessions.
  • Review safety observation cards, job safety analyses, and toolbox talks.
  • Inspect working at height and fall rescue equipment.
  • Manage personal protective equipment inventory.
  • Focus on lifting operations and dropped object prevention.
  • Promote safety reporting and liaise with contractor HSE personnel.
  • Participate in or lead incident investigations and execute walkabouts/inspections.
  • Ensure all HSE requirements are effectively implemented on board the vessel.
  • Support the HSEQ onshore department as required.
Qualifications
  • Must be US Citizen / US Perm Resident
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience on offshore support or construction vessels.
  • Training in working and rescue at height according to ANSI Z359.2.
  • Competent in fall prevention equipment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work strategically, analytically, and solution-oriented.
  • Demonstrates integrity and open, honest communication.
  • Focus on improving routines and solutions.
Working Conditions
  • Offshore rotational assignment.
  • Must have a valid passport.
