This position is part of an interdisciplinary team of geologists, engineers and landmen and includes 2/D-3/D seismic interpretation to prospect and develop plays. The position will entail regional and detailed structural and strati graphic mapping, sequence strati graphic evaluations, evaluation and development of new trends and drilling opportunities, and integration of engineering data into a geologic framework. Team-oriented personality is a must and must like fast-paced work environment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate will possess a master's degree in Geophysics and must be able to work successfully in a multi-disciplinary, team environment. 8+ years as a geophysicist required. Experience with 3-D workstations and the use of Petrel, Kingdom, and/or Petra software preferred.
