Dev Ops Engineer
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Dev Ops Engineer who will be responsible for designing and implementing compliant infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate will evaluate requirements, develop comprehensive plans, and ensure successful deployment using advanced tools such as Kubernetes and Type 1 hypervisors. They will also manage K8 clusters with Flux CD as the primary deployment tool.
Responsibilities
Evaluate and design infrastructure solutions based on specified requirements.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in highly regulated environments.
Utilize Kubernetes and Type 1 hypervisors for infrastructure setup.
Manage K8 clusters using Flux CD.
Collaborate with a Dev Ops team to implement the developed plans.
Essential Skills
Minimum of 10 years of Dev Ops experience.
Expertise in Google Cloud.
Strong proficiency in Kubernetes.
Experience in Dev Ops architecture.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Familiarity with Type 1 hypervisors.
Knowledge of Rancher and Flux CD is a bonus.
Experience with hybrid environments and regulatory compliance.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Houston, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $85.00/hr.
