Technical Quotation Specialist

An established industrial electrical manufacturer is looking for an experienced Technical Quotation Specialist to support high-volume RFQs across panel boards, MCCs, and switchboards.

This role is perfect for someone who loves technical detail, quoting accuracy, and working closely with customers.

• Build quotes and BOMs from RFQs with confidence
• Understand the difference between panel boards, MCCs, switchboards, and VFD packages
• Can read electrical specs, drawings, and one-lines

• Review RFQs and specifications; develop accurate BOMs and quotations
• Communicate with customers and vendors on pricing, lead times, and technical details
• Support inside sales across industrial electrical product lines
• Work closely with engineering to ensure quote accuracy
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently

• 5+ years in quotations, inside sales, applications engineering, or estimating
• Strong knowledge of panel boards, MCCs, switchboards, and related electrical equipment
• Background with OEMs or distributors (Eaton, Siemens, Schneider, ABB, Summit, Rexel, etc. ideal)
• Clear communication and strong technical comprehension
• Must be able to work 100% onsite in Houston
