Director – Business Development (Product Engineering & Industrial Solutions)

• 15–20 years of experience in business development, strategic sales, or account leadership within Product Engineering, Industrial Solutions, or Process/EPC environments.
• Proven success engaging with major OEMs, EPCs, and end users such as Siemens, Emerson, Rockwell, Honeywell, ABB, Yokogawa, Bechtel, Worley, Jacobs, or Kiewit.
• Strong understanding of engineering design workflows, automation systems, and digital enablement (IIoT, APM, Edge/AI, Digital Twins).
• Track record of managing P&L, closing complex deals, and scaling strategic partnerships.
• Exceptional executive communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Chemical); MBA preferred.

• You expand Utthunga’s presence across major OEM and EPC ecosystems in North America.
