  • Perform system calibration, logic adjustments, and functional testing to ensure sequences of operation match engineered design.
  • Travel to customer sites as required to troubleshoot complex issues and support the field.
Remote Technical Support (L2)
  • Act as the Level 2 controls technical escalation point for the Field Service team (L1 support handled by Technical Team Leads).
  • Provide real‑time remote troubleshooting, controls programming assistance, and diagnostic guidance to field staff.
  • Develop technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and best‑practice standards.
Training & Technician Development
  • Assist with factory‑based training focused on BAS/BMS fundamentals, controls logic, wiring, sensors, calibration, and troubleshooting.
  • Travel to job sites to deliver hands‑on coaching and evaluate technician skill progression.
  • Drive continuous improvement of technical training programs by updating content, incorporating lessons learned, and standardizing methods.
Client, Vendor & Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Represent Field Service on complex client or vendor technical calls, ensuring proper communication, expectations, and escalation management.
  • Work closely with engineering, project management, and QA teams to address systemic controls issues and support design improvements.
