We’re seeking Multiple high‑impact Cost Estimators to support large‑scale Energy and EPC capital projects from concept through execution. In this role, you’ll develop detailed cost estimates, validate budgets, shape bid strategies, and partner with engineering, project controls, and supply chain to ensure cost transparency and predictability across the full project lifecycle.

Experience on large-scale capital projects is highly desirable.
What You’ll Do- Analyze design documents, drawings, engineering specifications, and RFQs to build comprehensive cost estimates.
- Develop labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor cost assessments for major EPC scopes.
- Review, compare, and negotiate supplier and subcontractor pricing; validate vendor estimates.
- Conduct cost modeling, value‑engineering analysis, and identify cost risks during planning and execution.
- Prepare cost reports, bid packages, cost breakdown structures, and cost‑performance tracking dashboards.
- Support project controls with forecasting, cost monitoring, and cost‑to‑complete analysis.
- Participate in site visits to assess constructability, scope gaps, and cost impacts.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, project managers, and clients throughout tendering and execution phases.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of cost estimating experience in EPC, energy, industrial, or major capital projects.
- Strong understanding of cost estimation principles, budget development, cost control, and financial analysis.
- Experience evaluating blueprints, schematics, bills of material, and tender documents.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence cost decisions.
- Experience supporting estimates for energy transition, petrochemical, downstream, LNG, or heavy industrial projects.
- Professional certifications such as AACE CCE/CCP or PMP.
- Demonstrated success influencing cost outcomes in complex EPC environments.
