Are you ready to lead impactful capital projects in the biopharmaceutical manufacturing industry? We seek a skilled and driven Project Manager to oversee CAPEX initiatives for our Client that enhance the development, expansion, and optimization of cutting-edge manufacturing facilities. Pharma industry experience is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, design, and execution of CAPEX projects to meet business objectives.
  • Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and budgets while managing resources effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations (cGMP, FDA, EMA) and company standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, acting as the primary contact for project-related matters.
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage vendors and contractors, ensuring high-quality work.
  • Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

What Were Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience managing capital projects in biopharma or pharmaceuticals.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale CAPEX projects with budgets of $5M+.
  • Expertise in project management tools and strong knowledge of biopharma processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • PMP certification or familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
