We are looking for an experienced energy professional with 5+ years of hands‑on experience in energy conservation, commissioning, or building performance optimization within complex healthcare, research, higher education, or commercial facilities. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in architecture, construction, and healthcare owner’s project management, along with deep technical expertise in HVAC systems, controls, and building systems optimization.
This individual excels at performing energy audits, analyzing trend and metering data, leading RCx/MBCx efforts, and collaborating with operations, maintenance, design, and construction teams. They can clearly communicate technical information to both technical and non‑technical audiences and translate findings into practical, implementable improvements.
Salary range: $92,500 – $115,500 – $138,500
Work Schedule:
Hybrid, with onsite presence as needed to support field investigations, facility walk‑throughs, and operational engagement.
