We are looking for an innovative and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our team!

What You'll Be Doing- Develop detailed engineering designs, blueprints, and technical drawings for construction projects.
- Utilize AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, and other industry software to create site layouts, structural plans, and grading designs.
- Perform structural analysis, load calculations, and geotechnical assessments to ensure designs are safe, efficient, and cost‑effective.
- Specify materials, structural components, and construction techniques for each project.
- Ensure that designs meet local, state, and federal regulations, including building codes, zoning laws, and environmental standards.
- Work closely with Field Engineers, Construction Managers, and Project Managers to ensure designs translate seamlessly from blueprint to reality.
- Provide technical support to field teams during project execution, troubleshooting issues, and adjusting designs as needed.
- Attend virtual team meetings and occasional on‑site visits to assess progress and resolve construction challenges.
- Liaise with clients, architects, and government agencies to ensure projects meet specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in estimating project costs, budgeting, and scheduling to ensure timely completion.
- Prepare engineering reports, feasibility studies, and risk assessments for proposed projects.
- Conduct quality control checks on designs and construction work, ensuring accuracy, safety, and compliance.
- Analyze survey reports, maps, and site conditions to make informed engineering decisions.
- Review and approve subcontractor and supplier proposals, ensuring they meet project standards.
- Incorporate sustainable engineering practices into designs to minimize environmental impact.
- Research and implement new construction technologies, materials, and engineering techniques to improve project efficiency.
- Optimize stormwater drainage, soil stability, and foundation designs to improve site sustainability.
- Maintain comprehensive engineering documentation, including as‑built drawings and technical specifications.
- Ensure all project designs comply with industry codes (e.g., ACI, AASHTO, ASTM, and OSHA standards).
- Participate in safety and compliance meetings to uphold industry best practices.
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- 2 - 5+ years of experience in civil engineering, infrastructure, or construction projects.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or willingness to obtain it.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, STAAD Pro, and other civil engineering design software.
- Strong knowledge of structural analysis, load calculations, and geotechnical engineering.
- Understanding of roadway design, grading, drainage, and utility infrastructure.
- Familiarity with local, state, and federal building codes and regulations.
- Ability to analyze survey data, site maps, and geotechnical reports.
