We are hiring a Product Line Manager – ESP Enhancement to serve as the end-to-end owner of key Artificial Lift product lines within our ESP enhancement portfolio. This is a true Product Line Owner with accountability for commercial success, margin performance, field reliability, and full lifecycle execution of assigned products.
What You’ll Own- Full lifecycle ownership of assigned ESP enhancement product lines—from concept through end-of-life
- Product strategy, multi-year roadmaps, and investment prioritization
- New Product Introductions (NPI) from concept through commercialization
- Pricing strategy, gross profit performance, and margin discipline
- Field performance, reliability outcomes, and warranty exposure
- Cross-functional execution across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Sales
- SAND-X Product Line
- VORT-X Product Line
- ESP GAS tool
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
- 10+ years of experience in Artificial Lift engineering, manufacturing, operations, or product leadership
- Demonstrated ownership of a product line with accountability for commercial results
- Strong working knowledge of ESP, rod lift, gas lift, and Artificial Lift systems
- Proven success launching oilfield technologies from concept to commercial scale
- Strong business judgment with the ability to balance technical, commercial, and operational tradeoffs
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
Work Environment Requirements
- Combination of office, manufacturing, and field environments
- Ability to travel to manufacturing facilities and customer field locations
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds as required in field environments
