Job Description
We’re looking for an AI UPS Product Manager with project- and/or product-based engineering experience to co‑lead the AI UPS electrical and controls hardware product design, documentation generation, lead system‑level product technical compliance and support the development activities related to this product. This is a system‑level product focused role—we need someone who can speak fluently about both power electronics, BESS systems and controls, ideally have experience with UPS systems in mission‑critical applications or data centers, conduct market assessment and analysis and interface with the customer, product team core product managers, as well as the project, commissioning and service engineering teams.

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics Engineering, or similar technical field.
- 10+ years of product management experience in project-based or industrial settings.
- Proven system-level design experience of MW scale power electronics, BESS and related controls equipment.
- Understanding of BESS systems integration with power electronics equipment.
- Project management skills.
- Willing to travel up to 20% for product FAT inspection and site commissioning witnessing. Experience with UPS/mission critical applications or utility-scale infrastructure.
