Senior Electrical Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer (PE) to join a growing engineering and systems integration environment supporting critical power and industrial infrastructure projects across the Energy sector.

This role is ideal for a technically strong engineer with deep experience in MV/LV power distribution systems, MCC integration, switch gear design, and power system studies
.

• Design and engineer MV & LV power distribution systems
• Develop and review:
• Load lists
• Hazardous area plans
• Specify and integrate:
• Switchgear
• Motor Control Centers (MCCs)
• UPS systems
• Support PDC building design and layout
• Perform short circuit, arc flash, and protective device coordination studies
• Conduct advanced power studies using ETAP or SKM
• Review EPC, vendor, and customer drawings
• Support proposal development, technical pricing, and vendor coordination
• Provide input to project execution planning and cost-benefit analysis
• NEC / IEC code compliance
• NFPA 70 / 70E / 497
• Protective relays (SEL, GE Multilin, Beckwith)
• Synchronous motor applications & in-rush current mitigation
• Industrial Energy / Midstream / Refinery environments
• PLC / controls exposure (nice to have)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) – Texas
• 7+ years of experience in Energy / Industrial power systems
• Experience in Midstream Oil & Gas, Refinery, or Industrial Energy projects
• Ability to lead electrical design scope independently
