- Proven background in mechanical design, build support, testing, and root-cause troubleshooting of power generation equipment.
- Working knowledge of supplier engagement, component sourcing, and engineering-to-manufacturing interfaces.
- Comfortable operating in a growth-oriented environment with evolving processes and priorities.
- Energized by fast-moving technical environments and comfortable taking ownership.
- Naturally analytical, with the ability to break down complex challenges and propose practical solutions.
- Self-directed and commercially aware, with a builder’s mindset.
- Demonstrates strong integrity, professionalism, and a customer-focused approach to engineering.
- Collaborative communicator who contributes ideas openly and constructively.
- Confident yet humble, with a willingness to challenge assumptions and learn continuously.
- Pragmatic, dependable, and team-oriented, with a strong work ethic and long-term perspective.
