- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- 7+ years in technical service or field engineering.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Experience in energy or industrial sectors.
- Base Salary Range: $105,000 – $125,000
- Bonus or Variable Pay: 15% annual target
- Equity or Other Perks: N/A
