You support our team as

North America Regional GROWTTH Engineer Responsibilities
  • Lead and champion the GROWTTH (Getting Rid of Waste Through Team Harmony) program across all levels of the organization.
  • Drive Operational Excellence initiatives and identify improvement opportunities through KPI monitoring and value stream mapping.
  • Plan, organize, and facilitate Kaizen events, ensuring sustainable results and tracking cost savings and effectiveness.
  • Deliver training in Kaizen, Lean Systems, Lean Administration, and Six Sigma Green Belt; support cross-functional improvement teams.
  • Guide the organization in implementing lean manufacturing, lean administrative processes, and Six Sigma quality practices.
  • Communicate GROWTTH initiatives, participate in corporate networks, and support best-practice exchange activities.
  • Continuously improve training materials and techniques while ensuring health and safety policies are integrated into daily work.
  • Create urgency and enthusiasm around the GROWTTH program, recognize Kaizen contributors, and motivate teams across the organization.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and training abilities.
  • Knowledge of the Toyota Production System and Kaizen methodology.
  • Hands-on experience implementing Lean systems.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt and Lean Black Belt preferred;
    Black Belt certification required within 15 months.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred).
  • Ability to travel up to 50% across North American sites (U.S. and Canada).
