Responsibilities
Manage and execute engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring all deliverables are met within the agreed timeline, budget, and quality standards.Coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders including architects, contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.Review and interpret project blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to provide effective solutions and improvements.Conduct on-site inspections and audits to ensure all construction works are in compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.Prepare comprehensive project documentation including progress reports, cost tracking reports, and project schedules.Troubleshoot and resolve project-related issues and challenges promptly and effectively.Stay current with industry trends, advancements, and best practices to continually improve project efficiency and outcome.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the construction industry, preferably in commercial, healthcare, education or aviation.Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex engineering projects.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.Proficiency in using project management software and tools.Exceptional leadership, communication, and team management skills.Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus.Join our team and contribute to creating stunning and sustainable structures that shape our urban landscapes.
