A leading building enclosure consulting group‑now backed by a global enclosure manufacturing firm‑is expanding its established Texas presence. The team is seeking a Senior Building Enclosure Consultant (P.E. or R.A.) to support continued growth across new construction, diagnostics, forensics, commissioning, and rehabilitation projects.
What You'll Do- Lead building enclosure consulting projects across a variety of commercial, institutional, and industrial asset types.
- Provide technical oversight on façade, roofing, waterproofing, and building science evaluations.
- Conduct enclosure performance assessments, field investigations, testing, and peer reviews.
- Serve as a technical resource for project teams and mentor junior staff.
- Interface directly with clients, ownership groups, architects, and contractors.
- Support business development as the Texas practice continues to scale.
- Licensed P.E. or Registered Architect (R.A.) required.
- 8+ years of experience in building enclosure consulting, building science, forensics, or related practice areas.
- Strong understanding of building envelope systems, materials, failures, and performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships independently.
