Incident Investigator - Relocate to Saudi Arabia, Permanent Expat Relocation Package

This position requires full relocation to Saudi Arabia. It is a permanent full‑time Expat Relocation Package.

Job Overview

We are seeking an Industrial Incident Investigator to join Loss Prevention Organization (LP). LP is responsible for providing both day‑to‑day in‑field occupational and process safety support to Saudi Aramco operations, as well as centralized technical support and consulting. Your primary role is to investigate industrial incidents (fires, major leaks, hydrocarbon explosions, etc.), identify root causes, and develop actions to prevent recurrence.

This includes preparing draft and final incident reports and providing long‑term support for all recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate industrial incidents, especially those with high consequences, and understand the hazards related to industrial facilities and their relevant controls.
  • Identify, preserve, and examine incident evidence using widely accepted forensic science principles.
  • Support investigation teams by ensuring proper investigation techniques are understood and used.
  • Conduct investigations using appropriate investigative tools for the incident in question, and understand incident causation and the impact of human factors.
  • Develop and/or thoroughly review all draft incident investigation reports and complete all stages of review.
  • Identify recommendations that should be shared globally for corporate‑wide implementation.
  • Develop lessons learned neuro safety alerts/bulletins to communicate actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Educate employees, contractors, and others to ensure timely communication of lessons learned.
Qualifications
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology from an accredited institution.
  • Have 10 years of experience investigating high‑consequence (major) industrial incidents and a deep understanding of the tools and techniques currently utilized.
  • Have an excellent ability to communicate in English with peers and managementСто and be able to produce clear and concise oral and written reports in English=.  glad
