Responsibilities- Oversee departmental ERP systems
- Develop and implement fleet training processes for operations
- Provide support for ongoing fleet training initiatives
- Manage project plans and milestones related to Fleet Services
- Skills & Abilities:
- Strong work ethic and reliable.

- Good oral, written, communication, listening and presentation
- Understands account
- Ability to interface and communicate with all tiers of
- Project management skills, including profit/loss and
- Introducing and integrating new technologies into existing data
- Perform routine audits on System data
- Answering technical questions relating to Fleet
- Responsible for documenting any alterations in the configuration of Fleet
- Calculate dollar and time utilization
- Provide Exceptional Customer
- Input the Standardized nomenclature, CAT Codes, rates, equip family, etc. into Fleet
- Oversee Equipment Utilization
- Computer
Skills:
Microsoft Office, Power BI, JD Edwards, Oracle Fusion - Valid driver’s
- Ability to effectively supervise and improve work processes
- Ability to Map Process and create training documents
Education and/ or
Work Experience:
- College Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance, or a technical community college certificate preferred
- 10+ years’ experience in Asset Management, Fleet Management, Materials and or Logistics
- Proficient Computer Skills including process integration, Fleet Management Integration, data analytics, creating and managing Power BI
- Experience in various ERP systems, Vista, JD Edwards, Oracle Fusion preferred
- U.S. Government Work a Plus
Pay Range: $80,000-$95,000
