• 10+ years of project experience including offshore decommissioning oil and gas PM experience
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of offshore operations and project management
• Ability to manage time in an environment which requires strong teamwork and cross functional interaction
• Excellent communicator who is able to articulate a value proposition to a wide range of organizational levels
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
• Strong contacts with clients and vendors
• Willingness to travel up to 5%-25% of the time during project execution
• Bachelor of Science, Engineering Degree, PMP preferred
• Certifications:
  
  SafeGULP, BOSIET; 30 CFR Subpart O; HAZWOPER;
  And be familiar with Swing Rope;
  Clean Gulf – Overboard Debris; SEMS Compliance;
  Well Control certification, Well Intervention, Marine Transportation Awareness, Crane Operations, Clean Water Act, DOT Transportation of Hazardous Materials, USCG Regulations, Rigging/Lift Safety, OSHA. PMP is preferred.

• Effective written and oral communication
