As a Drilling Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in the development, planning, and execution of drilling operations that unlock the energy of the future. From the initial well design to the final stages of completion and abandonment, your expertise will ensure smooth and efficient operations, whether on land, offshore platforms, or mobile drilling units.

Responsibilities & Duties:
  • Design and Supervision: Spearhead the design and oversee the drilling of oil and gas wells.
  • Strategic Development: Craft and implement innovative drilling plans and strategies.
  • Compliance Assurance: Guarantee adherence to safety and environmental regulations.
  • Geological Collaboration: Work alongside geologists to scrutinize drilling reports and data.
  • Operational Optimization: Fine-tune drilling operations to cut costs and boost productivity.
  • Equipment Management: Select, maintain, and ensure the proper functioning of drilling equipment.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Educational Background: Master's degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related field; a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional Certification: Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • Offshore Experience: Hands-on experience with offshore drilling operations.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with advanced drilling software and technologies.
  • Leadership & Management: Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Project Management: Experience in managing projects and budgets.
