DEGREE REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering; an MBA is highly desirable.

As the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Engineering, you will assume a pivotal role in steering the Electrical Power Systems Division towards a future of innovation and excellence. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in managing merger and acquisition initiatives.

You will serve as the voice of engineering, bridging senior leadership with regional execution. Your leadership will guide and inspire the development of operational strategies that will advance engineering services.

You will be instrumental in cultivating an environment of technical excellence and innovation while ensuring the seamless application of policies and best practices throughout the organization and its diverse locations. This role is responsible for leading testing, maintenance, repair, commissioning, and engineering, specifically tailored for the industrial and utility sectors.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering is required; an MBA is highly desirable.
  • Strong strategic leadership skills are essential.
  • The position is in a fast-paced environment that requires a self-directed and highly strategic individual.
  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in capital projects is required.
  • Experience in an Operations and Maintenance Engineering (OME) environment, particularly with projects exceeding $50 million, is essential.
  • The candidate must have been a key player in merger and acquisition initiatives, as the organization plans significant growth through acquisitions over the next five years.
