Civil CAD Tech​/Designer

• Create and modify detailed CAD drawings and 3D models for various engineering projects
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure designs meet project requirements
• Conduct design reviews and make necessary adjustments based on feedback
• Maintain organized project files and documentation
• Stay current with CAD software updates and industry best practices
• Assist in coordinating projects from conception through completion
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines

• Associate’s degree in Drafting, Engineering Technology, or related field
• Proven experience in CAD design withing Land Development, Public Work or Facilities
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D)
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and design standards
• Attention to detail and precision in all design work
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
