Primoris Engineering is seeking a Civil Designer to join our engineering group in Houston, TX. Successful candidates will have experience with the latest Civil 3D software. Candidate should be experienced with and proficient in grading work utilizing Civil 3D.
Duties and Responsibilities- Create Grading models and plans using Civil 3D software.
- Run cut and fill analysis as well as be able to put together materials list based on site specific soil conditions.
- Work closely with engineering team and coordinate with other disciplines through duration of projects.
- Maintain records of revisions and markups through scope of project.
- Prior grading work using Civil 3D
- Minimum 2 years of experience in CAD Design.
- Proficient in Autodesk Civil 3D
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task from project to project.
- Exceptional organization skills
- Works well in team environment with good communication skills both verbal and written.

Engineering offices are located in Tyler, TX, Houston, TX, San Dimas, CA, and Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
