** Job Summary
** Alaska Overview  The Alaska segment primarily explores for, produces, transports and markets crude oil, natural gas and NGLs. We are the largest crude oil producer in Alaska and have major ownership interests in the Prudhoe Bay, Kuparuk and Western North Slope asset areas. Additionally, we are one of Alaska’s largest owners of state, federal and fee exploration leases, with approximately one million net undeveloped acres at year-end 2024.

Alaska operations contributed 14 percent of our consolidated liquids production and two percent of our consolidated natural gas production.
** Position Overview
**** Willow Overview
** Located on Alaska’s North Slope in the National Petroleum Reserve (NPR-A), the Willow project is estimated to produce 180,000 barrels of oil per day at its peak. During construction, Willow is expected to create around 2,500 jobs, with a majority of labor provided by union workers. The development is estimated to create approximately 300 permanent jobs.

The economic impact of the Willow project will be sizable. According to the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) estimates, Willow could generate between $8 billion and $17 billion in new revenue for the federal government, the state of Alaska, the North Slope Borough, and local communities. The initial phase of Willow development will include a new Willow Central Processing Facility, three drill sites, pipelines, roads, bridges, and supporting infrastructure.

** Willow will be a greenfield design including all processing facilities, utilities, drilling equipment, camp, and power generation.

** Willow Operations Representative
** with a strong understanding of North Slope production facility, drillsite and pipeline operations, maintenance and interplay between other infrastructure on the North Slope.  This position will benefit from an understanding of trade-offs between major project capital expenditure and future operations and maintenance constraints and costs, particularly in the current project “execute” phase where changes to facility design and equipment are increasingly difficult to accommodate.
