Strategic Sourcing Specialist - Labor Services

Job Scope: This role manages sourcing for labor services – General maintenance, electrical maintenance.

Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Lead RFQ activities and supplier negotiations across North America
• Develop and execute supplier agreements, extensions, and change orders
• Drive cost reduction and report sourcing savings by category
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure quality, safety, and reliability
• Labor Contracts

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field

Experience: At least 5+ years experience sourcing on‑site and/or embedded contractors – i.e. I&E, industrial cleaning, HVAC services & LDAR is required.

• Strong negotiation skills (labor rates experience preferred)
• Knowledge of 7‑step sourcing process is required.
• Clear, concise communication with stakeholders

• Ability to lift and carry in excess of 25 lbs.
