Estimator | Self Perform Concrete | Houston, TX

$110,000 - $140,000 base salary range

Blayze Group is partnering with a top tier self perform concrete contractor to appoint an experienced Estimator in Houston.

This position sits within an established preconstruction team delivering large scale concrete scopes across commercial, industrial, and mission critical projects. The role offers early involvement in pursuit strategy, exposure to complex structural concrete work, and direct influence over bid outcomes.

The Role

• Prepare detailed estimates for structural concrete scopes including foundations, slabs, vertical concrete, and formwork
• Perform quantity takeoffs from drawings, specifications, and geotechnical reports
• Collaborate closely with operations and project teams to validate means, methods, and sequencing
• Support bid strategy, value engineering exercises, and risk reviews during pursuits
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure competitive and accurate pricing

Background Sought

• Estimating experience with a self మొత్త perform concrete contractor
• Strong مدیر technical understanding of structural concrete systems
• Experience on large scale commercial or industrial projects preferred
• Proficiency with estimating software and Excel
• Commercially astute, detail driven, and comfortable in deadline led environments
