As NASA's largest engineering solutions provider working together with NASA at centers across the United States. This position is located in Houston, TX. Your future duties and responsibilities:

- Develop, maintain, and analyze complex, multi-disciplinary project schedules using MS Project and/or Smartsheet.
- Collaborate with customer, project managers, project engineers, and test engineers to define task sequences, dependencies, and resource allocations.
- Collaborate with team members on a regular basis to gather scheduling updates and ensure alignment with project timeline
- Support planning and execution of risk mitigation projects and test campaigns.
- Identify schedule risks, perform critical path analysis, and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Deliver clear, actionable schedule reports and visualizations to stakeholders at all levels.
- Ensure alignment with NASA/JSC project and program milestones. Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

- Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area and normally possess 3 years of work experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project, including resource leveling, baselining, and custom reporting.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills. Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required:

- 5+ years of experience in technical scheduling, project management, or test operations.
- Familiar with Johnson Space Center (JSC) organizations, processes, and procedures
- Prior experience working with Space Suits or other areas of Human Spaceflight
- Background in aerospace, systems engineering, or test environments. CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role.

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $62,900.00 - $.
