Title: Senior Process Engineer – LNG

Location: Houston, TX

Travel: Corpus Christi, TX (as needed)

Position Summary

A leading LNG company is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to provide technical leadership and process engineering support across LNG projects. This role supports engineering contractors and internal teams during Conceptual, Pre-FEED, FEED, EPC, and Commissioning/Start‑up phases.

• Provide process engineering support and technical assurance for LNG facility projects across the full project lifecycle.
• Support contractor design activities and coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Develop and review process simulations using Aspen HYSYS.
• Participate in process safety activities including HAZID, HAZOP, SIL/LOPA, and PSSR.
• Develop process design basis documents and design specifications.
• Support regulatory and environmental permitting efforts as needed.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering (required);
  Master’s and PE preferred.
• 7+ years of process engineering experience in LNG or related hydrocarbon processing industries.
• Strong knowledge of LNG processes, process safety, and applicable industry codes (API, NFPA).
• Proficiency with Aspen HYSYS (Uni Sim a plus).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Houston‑based office role with periodic travel to Corpus Christi, TX.
• Occasional work in industrial plant environments and outside normal business hours.
