We have a team of Project Managers who are committed and are instrumental to the success of our Transportation projects. An opportunity has become available for someone to join us here at AECOM as the Senior Project Manager in Dublin, Ireland.
This role will see you leading & delivering rail related Irish (or UK) infrastructure or rail projects, working with our Clients, Transport Infrastructure Ireland, Iarnród Éireann and Translink. You will work within the transportation team to successfully manage and deliver capital investment projects from feasibility to detailed design and construction.
Here’s what you’ll do:- Take ownership of and responsibility for the successful delivery of your project.
- Lead a team of multi‑disciplinary engineers to deliver integrated designs and build effective relationships with our technical teams and Client‑side project management, including stakeholder, schedule, and contract management.
- Offer technical knowledge and expertise to the design team on all aspects of multi‑disciplinary projects, from conceptual phases to implementation.
- Undertake the quality management processes for project activities and outputs.
- Serve as a visible leader and trusted advisor to clients by promoting AECOM’s values both internally and externally.
- Work through the complexities of our Transportation projects, holding our clients’ hand to overcome problems in unison when they inevitably arise.

QualificationsReady to push the limits of what’s possible?
- A relevant built environment degree.
- Experience of successfully leading & delivering rail related Irish (or UK) infrastructure or rail projects.
- Experience and familiarity in delivering projects for Transport Infrastructure Ireland, Iarnród Éireann and Translink.
- Awareness and familiarity of working under NEC suite of contracts.
- Proven ability to scope / estimate projects.
- Proven experience in delivering & managing Rail projects in excess of 30 million Euros.
