Electrical Engineer
Join a leading medical device company in Houston. In this role, you’ll lead the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems from concept through production, ensuring compliance with FDA and ISO standards. You’ll collaborate across teams to drive product and process improvements, support validation activities, and troubleshoot complex technical challenges.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead design and development of electrical systems and specialized test equipment
- Prepare design documentation, specifications, and reports
- Support process and test validation (IQ/OQ/PQ/TMV)
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Ensure all projects meet GMP, 21 CFR Part 820, and ISO 13485 standards.
- Master’s in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
- Experience in the medical device industry
- Familiar with design controls, validation, and regulatory standards
- Proficient with tools such as Solid Works, Altium, Lab View, Mini Tab, and MS Project
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
