Job Overview
NTG Staffing is seeking a Mechanical Engineer for a company in Houston, Texas. This is a direct hire opportunity offering a base salary of $100,000–$110,000 per year. Candidates must be local to Houston.
Base Pay Range$/yr – $/yr
Responsibilities & Qualifications- Mechanical Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in pump or rotating equipment design.
- Strong hands‑on experience with pump testing, performance analysis, and industry standards (API, HI, ASME).
- Proficient in Autodesk Inventor or similar 3D CAD tools; FEA/CFD experience is a plus.
- Comfortable collaborating with shop‑floor teams and translating customer requirements into compliant, manufacturable designs.
